Avem nevoie de un ardei potrivit, doua rosii nu foarte coapte, doi dovlecei mici, 5-6 flori de dovleac si un fenicul(fenel) mic.
Pentru umplutura:4 cartofi potriviti curatati si fierti, 2 oua, 10 frunze de busuioc, 1 catel de usturoi, 6-7 linguri de parmigiano ras.
Feniculul il taiem in jumatate si desprindem bucati.Dovlecelul se taie in jumatate in lung si se scobeste in interior.Oparim cele doua legume in apa clocotita cu sare pentru 3-4 minute.
Restul legumelor de taiem in jumatate si le curatam de seminte.
Florilor de dovleac le scoatem doar pistilul, le clatim rapid in apa rece si le uscam cu hartie.
