Foie gras cu paine brioche si dulceata de smochine facuta in casa
Am taiat foie gras-ul rece, abia scos din frigider, cu o forma de biscuiti (inimioara) si l-am pus pe farfurie cu 15 minute inainte de a fi servit si lasat la temperatura camerei. Feliile de paine brioche le-am taiat cu aceeasi forma si le-am pus in cuptor pentru cateva minute, apoi le-am pozitionat pe farfurie alaturi de foie gras si dulceata de smochine.

Vol au vent umpluti cu crema de macrou si branza philadelphia cu ierburi aromatice
Am pus la scurs 2 cutii de macrou in ulei, apoi l-am pisat cu o furculita si amestecat cu o cutie de philadelphia cu ierburi aromatice (6 cuburi) si ceva suc de lamaie. Am umplut fiecare vol au vent si decorat cu o felita de castravete murat.

Salata de caracatita
Caracatita fiata, apoi taiata bucati, peste care am pus ulei extravirgin de masline, sare, piper si cativa catei de usturoi taiati bucati.

Fileuri de ansoa marinate
Am cumparat fileuri de ansoa marinate, le-am scurs de ulei, dupa care le-am amestecat cu ceapa verde taiata rondele subtiri, ulei extravirgin de masline, peperoncino. Am lasat pentru cateva ore la marinat si apoi le-am pus in paharele finger food.

Aceiasi biscuiti i-am ornat cu ricotta de oaie, pe unii am pus rosii seci taiate bucatele, pe altii masline taiate bucatele.

Paine si grisine, aproape neatinse

Felul de baza, file de somon in crusta aromatica.
Intr-un castron am amestecat: fisic taiat grosolan cu cutitul, rosii seci ( rosii in ulei pe care le-am scurs initial de ulei) taiate bucatele, menta si patrunjel taiate marunt, oregano, coaja de lamaie (bio) razuita, sare afumata, piper, miez de paine taiat la robot grob, ulei extravirgin de masline.
Am amestecat deci toate ingredientele si am acoperit fileurile de somon (fara oase si fara piele). Am presat cu mana asa incat sa ramana compact amestecul aromatic si am dat la cuptor (preincalzit) la 200 de grade pentru circa 15 minute.
O bunatate! Miezul de paine devine crocant, pestele devine extrem de parfumat si de gustos.

Fara poze, dar au fost prezente la masa, salata verde si apoi capsuni cu zahar si suc de lamaie.
Apoi, biscuiti umpluti, o parte umpluti cu nutella, iar o parte cu crema de fistic.
