iar pentru cei care tin canoanele postului am prajit cateva ciupercute. Pun citatul salvator al Juliei Child “The mushrooms must be dry, the butter very hot, and the mushrooms must not be crowded in the pan ...If you sauté too many at once they steam rather than fry; their juices escape and they do not brown.” dar recunosc cu mana pe inima ca nu am folosit unt iar la sfarsit am pus si o jumatate de lingura de sos de soy(a) . Stiti de ce? Pentru ca nu am gatit pentru Julia Child , iar noua asa ne place.

Vineeee!! 2 cepe potrivite, 2 morcovi, o telina mica, 3 gogosari, 5 rosii decojite si maruntite au fost calite in putin ulei de masline, se lasa sa se topeasca frumusel cu un pic de apa cristalina .Lintea se fierbe separat ( o cana am pus eu) si cand sosul e gata se pupa sosul cu lintea, cu o foaie de dafin, busuioc, oregano, piper,un pic de cimbru si se lasa sa mai danseze impreuna fro 10 minute. La finalul finalului se pune patrunjel. Aia e tot. Mie imi place mai mult decat fasolea ca dureaza mai putin pregatirea. pupicei si spor la treaba.
