- 1 lingura mare pesmet
- 1 legatura marar
- 1 legatura patrunjel
- 1 legatura ceapa de tuns/iarba ciorii/erba cipollina/Schnittlauch
- sare
- piper

Taiem carnea felii subtiri, o batem si condimentam cu sare si piper, dupa care o dam prin faina.

Adaugam laptele,pesmetul,pecorino si verdeata, amestecam bine.
