INGREDIENTE:
- 200gr. branza brie (fara coaja taiata cubulete)
- 50 gr. rosii uscate ambalate in ulei (taiete marunt)
- 1 catel de usturoi (pisat)
- 1 crenguta cimbru proaspat
- piper proaspat macinat

Se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un vas mic rezistent la foc si se pune la cuptor la 200C pana cand branza se topeste complet.

Se serveste cald cu biscuiti sarati, crackers, sau bagheta si un vin bun rosu, de preferat.
Foarte apetisant, garantat va va face si mai multa pofta de mancare, in cazul in care ar fi nevoie de asa ceva inainte de masa.
